Before Judge David A. Howard
- Mark Rodd, 40, of Bennington, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor criminal threatening (two counts). He was sentenced to appear before a reparative board and fined $250. Rodd will return to court for a status conference on March 16, 2018. The charges stem from a Nov. 2, 2016 offense investigated by Bennington police. Single counts of felony obstructing justice and misdemeanor criminal threatening were dismissed by the state.
- Fernando Fregoso, 39, of North Hollywood, Cal., pleaded no contest to misdemeanor domestic assault. He was sentenced to four months to four months and one day, with credit for time served. The charge stems from a July 8, 2017 offense investigated by Winhall police. Single counts of felony first degree aggravated domestic assault, aggravated assault with a weapon, attempted assault and robbery and misdemeanor interference with access to emergency services were dismissed by the state.
